
I like the marbled effect of this cake. It’s a beautiful blend of vanilla and chocolate.

INGREDIENTS:
-All-purpose flour: 1-1/2 cup
-Granulated Sugar:1 cup
-Large egg: 2
-Unsalted Butter: 1/2 cup
-Baking Powder:1-1/2 tsp
-Baking Soda:1/4 tsp
-Vanilla Essence: 2 tsp
-Whole Milk : 1/2 cup
-Buttermilk:1/2 cup
-Coca Powder:1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F(175 degrees C).
- Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder all together and sift.
Set aside in a bowl. - Cream together butter and sugar in an electric mixer until fluffy.
Beat in vanilla extract, one egg at a time. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and finally
add whole milk gradually to create a smooth batter. Mix for another 15 minutes.
Transfer 2/3rd of the batter to the greased cupcake pan. - Whisk together coca powder, baking soda and buttermilk. Add the mixture to the remaining batter and mix for 5 minutes.Spoon the coca batter on top of Vanilla batter and gently make a marble effect
with the help of a spatula. Bake for about 25-30 minutes in the oven . - Let it cool and enjoy!
