One of my best things to have in the morning is fruit salad. Having a variety of fresh fruits, what everybody likes to have. I love peaches and their beautiful fragrance which compels me to make something nice and delicious.
Prep time: 5 minutes

Fresh Peaches diced: 1 cup
Grapes: 1/2 cup
Orange peeled:1/2 cup
Fresh Strawberries:1/2 cup
Combine all fruits in a bowl and enjoy.
I have made this healthy yogurt dip many times and my family loves it.It disappear within minutes and the fun part is it takes very less time and tastes great.
I like the yogurt version of the dip.You can just make it before the meal as a starter or snacks from the things that are available right from your refrigerator.

Greek yogurt:1 cup
Parsley and Coriander : 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves : 2
Salt : 1/4 tsp(or according to taste)
Lemon Juice:1 tbs
Ground Black pepper:1/4 of tsp
- Mix parsley, garlic cloves in a food processor(or minced garlic and parsley can also be used). Place it in a bowl.
- Combine all ingredients to the parsley mixture bowl and enjoy with celery, carrot or any vegetables of your choice.
Shrimp Kung Pao is done in minutes and they taste great with the yummy sauce and veggies.

Shrimp : 1Lb
Red bell pepper diced :1 cup
Green bell pepper diced:1 cup
Celery diced:1 cup
Onion diced: 1 cup
Garlic powder:1 tsp
Garlic sliced: 2 tbs
Ground Black Pepper:1 tsp
Olive oil:1 tsp
Sesame oil:1 tsp
Soy sauce: 2 tsp
Catch up:2 tsp
Green chilly sauce:1 tbs
1.In a large bowl combine shrimp,ground black pepper,garlic powder,olive oil and two tbs of soy sauce. Set aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.
2.In a medium saucepan stir fry Shrimp in a medium heat until its light golden brown and remove the Shrimp in a bowl.
3.Add one tsp of sesame oil to the same saucepan and saute the sliced garlic,red chilly,veggies along with peanut for about 2 minutes.
4.Lets prepare the gravy by combining soy sauce,catch up,cornstarch,water,chilly sauce in a bowl and add it to the saucepan and cook for about 5 minutes until the gravy is thicker.
Serve hot with rice or with lo mein.
Fresh Mozzarella Salad
One of the quick and easy salad I have ever made is this, fresh mozzarella cheese with tomato and basil leaves. A very fresh look and taste great, when you have these salad along with balsamic vinegar. They are perfect for appetizer and a great starter for lunch and dinner.

Sliced Mozzarella :10-15 piece
Sliced Vine Tomatoes : 2
Basil Leaves :10-15
Balsamic Vinegar :4 tsp
Black pepper:1/8 tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil:2 tsp
Place the sliced mozzarella ,tomato on a serving plate and decorate with plenty of fresh basil leaves.
In a separate bowl whisk together olive oil,balsamic vinegar,salt and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture on to the salad and enjoy!
Mini Fruit Tart
Fruit tarts are my all time favorites. I love fruit tarts because they are filled with different kind of fruits, custard and nice crispy,crunchy crust at the bottom.Hmm …sounds yummy right? So lets get started!

Egg yolks :2
1.In a medium saucepan pour milk and half of the sugar and bring it to a boil.
2.In a separate bowl mix egg yolks and remaining sugar along with the cornflour and vanilla essence.
3.Pour the egg yolk mixture to the milk and keep stirring on a low heat for about 5 minutes till its thick and
make sure not to burn at the bottom pan.Let it cool completely.
FOR THE CRUST
Prep time:10 Minutes
Cook time:15-20 Minutes
Total :30 minutes
All-purpose flour: 1 1/2 cups
Unsalted butter:1 cup
Apricot jam: 1/2 cup
This crust is really easy to make and can be done in no time.
1.In a large bowl combine unsalted butter(at room temperature),sugar and flour. Using an electric mixer mix for about 10 minutes to form a dough.
2.Remove the dough from the mixer and roll the dough to the sizes of the tart pan. Evenly press the dough on to the top of the greased tart pan.
3.Bake for about 10/15 minutes until the tarts are light golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Fill the tart shell with custard with the help of a piping bag or spoon .
4.Heat apricot jam and water in a saucepan on a low heat for 5 minutes and strain the mixture to avoid any fruit lumps. Keep it in a separate bowl.
5.Now comes the fun part of decorating variety of fruits.Cut the fresh fruits into desired sizes and decorate accordingly. Finally glaze fruits with the help of a brush.

Veggie Cheese Pizza
Prep time:1 1/2 Minutes
Cook time: 30 Minutes
Total time: 2 hour
Makes: four 10-12 inch pizzas
FOR THE DOUGH
All-purpose flour:4 cups
Sugar:1 1/2 tsp
Dry yeast:2 Tbs
Lukewarm milk: 1 1/2 cup
Semolina flour for dusting
Chopped green bell pepper:1/2 cup
Chopped red bell pepper:1/2 cup
Chopped onion:1/2 cup
Black olive:1/2 cup
Fresh mozzarella sliced: 15/20 pieces
Basil leaves:1/2 cup
FOR THE DOUGH:
1. In a large bowl add yeast and the lukewarm water. Leave the mixture until all the bubbles comes to the top of the milk.Start adding salt and sugar. Gradually add flour in two batches.
2. Knead the mixture on a flour dusted surface by hand or (by using an electric mixer) for about 7 to 10 minutes till the dough becomes smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover and let it sit for about 1 1/2 hour until it’s double the size of the dough.
3. Preheat the oven to 425 degree F. Cut the dough into four parts and roll it round with the help of a rolling pin and transfer it to the semolina dusted Pizza stone keeping an 1/2 inch thick on the sides.
4. Spread tomato sauce evenly, add the veggies and cheese accordingly.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
I love to add oatmeal in all my baking recipes. Oatmeal is not only very healthy, but also makes the cakes feel moist.
It has cholesterol lowering abilities and has a low amount of carbohydrates. So lets get started!
BANANA OAT BREAD
Prep time:15 Minutes
Cook time: 45-50 Minutes
Estimated total time:60 Minutes
Oatmeal+Dark rye:1 1/2 cup(All-purpose flour can also be used )
Cinnamon powder:1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil :1/2 cup
Baking Powder:1 tsp
Salt: One pinch
Preheat the oven to 375 degree F. Grease one 4/8 inch loaf pan.
1.Combine oatmeal and baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl and sift.
2.In a separate bowl mash bananas with the help of a fork or a potato masher.
Add oil,vanilla essence,yogurt,eggs and mix for 5 minutes.Gradually add the flour to the mixture in two batches
and mix for about 5 minutes.
3.Place the batter in a loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes until toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf, comes out clean.
Let it cool and cut it in about 10 slices. Enjoy your healthy banana bread!
