Best Spaghetti with meatball(Chicken) recipe

Who doesn’t like spaghetti with meatballs cooked in a garlicky tomato gravy?
This Italian-American dish is very popular and it is one of the easy to make meals idea’s. I like to have a generous amount of garlic and herbs which adds extra flavor to the recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
For the Meatball
Chicken minced: 1Lb
Chopped Ginger-garlic: 1 tsp
Ground black pepper:1/4 tsp
Fresh parsley leaves: 1 tsp
Salt:1/2 tsp
Olive oil:2 tsp
Large egg:2
Breadcrumb: 1 cup
All-purpose flour:1 tbsp

For the Gravy:
Tomato paste(Canned):4 tbsp
Chopped tomato: 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley leaves finely chopped: 1 tsp
Chopped garlic:11 tsp
Olive oil: 2 tsp
Water:1/2 cup

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add spaghetti to boiled water in a medium saucepan. Add a pinch of salt and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes.
    Drain the excess water and keep it aside
  2. Place all the ingredients for meatball in a medium bowl, mix it well and put it in a refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and make small balls around 16.
    Place all the meatballs on a greased baking sheet and bake until the meatballs golden brown.
  4. Heat two tsp of olive oil in a saucepan. Add chopped garlic to the pan and fry till golden yellow. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan along with the meatball. Cook for till the gravy becomes thick.
  5. Transfer the spaghetti and meatballs to a serving plate and enjoy!
