Orange Cranberry Cupcakes

The flavor of orange in any food recipe is kind of tempting. I like the citric smell of Orange cranberry cupcakes, and that to with fresh orange juice and zest are quite amazing and are great for holidays!

INGREDIENTS:
All-purpose flour: 1-1/2 cup
Granulated Sugar:1 cup
Large egg: 2
Unsalted Butter: 1/2 cup
Baking Powder:1 tsp
Baking Soda:1/2 tsp
Orange Juice: 2 tbsp
Dried cranberry: 1cup
Butter Milk : 1/2 cup
Orange zest:1/2 tsp

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F(175 degrees C).
  2. Add all-purpose flour, the baking powder, and the baking sod all together and sift. Set aside in a bowl.
  3. Combine butter and sugar in an electric mixer for about 5 minutes.
    Add in orange juice, one egg at a time. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and finally add buttermilk to the batter gradually to create a smooth batter. Mix for another 10 minutes. Fold in dried cranberries to the batter.

4.Transfer the batter to the greased cupcake pan and cook for about 25 minutes in the oven.

5. Bake until the toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean .

6. Leave the cupcakes to cool on a rack.
