Egg curry (Indian Style)

Egg Curry Recipe

Indian cuisine is quite famous for its spicy characteristics. They have a nice aroma and they taste good. Today I tried this egg curry and it was delicious.

Ingredient:
Boiled eggs: 4
Medium size Boiled potato(cut in cubes): 2
Large tomato chopped: 1
Ginger-garlic paste:2 tsp
Large Onion chopped: 1
Salt:1/4 tsp
Green peas:1/2 cup
Turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Mirch powder: 1/2 tsp

Chilly powder: 1/4 tsp
Garam masala: 1 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil on a saucepan, add chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri Mirch, turmeric, chilly powder, salt and stir fry on low heat.
  2. Now its time to add the chopped tomato, potato,and egg, green peas, garam masala and 1 cup water to the pan. Let it cook for about 5 to 7 minutes till the tomatoes are cooked and the gravy becomes little thick.
  3. Serve hot with rice.
