Pizza with Pineapple and Olive is one of my favorite pizza to make. I like to use fresh pineapples for freshness and great flavor. They taste really better than any canned pineapples. But if its hard for you to prepare the pineapple than, you can use the canned ones. So lets start making pizza.

Cook time: 30 Minutes
Total time: 2 hour
Makes: Two 10-12 inch pizzas
INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE DOUGH
All-purpose flour:3 1/4 cups
Salt:1 tsp
Sugar:1 1/2 tsp
Dry yeast:2 Tbs
Lukewarm water: 1 1/2 cup
Semolina flour for dusting
FOR TOPPINGS:
Tomato Sauce:2 cup
Fresh Pineapple :2 cup
Fresh Mushroom Sliced:1/2 cup
Chopped onion:1/2 cup
Black olive(Canned):1/2 cup
Fresh mozzarella : 1 cup
INSTRUCTIONS:
FOR THE DOUGH:
- In a large bowl add yeast,sugar and the lukewarm water. Leave the mixture until all the bubbles comes to the top of the milk.
Add all-purpose flour, salt to the yeast mixture. - Knead the mixture on a flour dusted surface by hand or (by using an electric mixer) for about 7 to 10 minutes till the dough becomes smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover and let it sit for about 1 1/2 hour until it’s double the size of the dough. - Preheat the oven to 425 degree F. Cut the dough into two parts and roll it round with the help of a rolling pin and transfer it to the semolina
dusted Pizza stone or Pizza pan keeping an 1/2 inch thick on the sides. Press fork around the dough to help the Pizza dough to cook properly. - Place the Pizza base in the oven and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes until you see small bubbles around.
- Remove it from the oven and spread tomato sauce evenly, add Mozzarella and the veggies and pineapple accordingly.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
