Chili Chicken is the most popular Indo-Chinese recipe and its quite easy to make. I have added broccoli and other veggies but you can add according to your own taste. This recipe is a blend of hot, sour and tasty at the same time.

Ingredients:
Organic Chicken(diced): 1 Lb
Cornflour:4 Tbsp
Green Bell Pepper(diced): 1 cup
Red Bell Pepper(diced): 1 cup
Broccoli: 1 cup
Ginger/Garlic sliced: 2 tsp
Onion (diced): 1/2 cup
For the Sauce:
Green Chilli sauce: 1 tsp
Tomato sauce: 4 tsp
Soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
Cornflour:1 tsp
Instructions:
- Combine Chicken, one tsp ginger-garlic paste,1/4 tsp salt, soy sauce in a medium bowl to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a medium skillet. Mix the cornflour into the Chicken mixture and stir fry the chicken until golden brown.
Transfer the fried chicken into a bowl. - Add 2 tsp of olive oil to the same frying pan and ginger-garlic paste, all the vegetables and finally soy sauce, tomato sauce, green chili sauce
and saute for some time till the sauce becomes thick. If you want more sauce, add some extra soy sauce to the mixture. - Serve hot with rice and Enjoy!
