Banana is quite a nutrient fruit and is always in demand. They can be eaten like fruits and be used in many recipes as a main ingredient.
Sometimes it is so tempting that you don’t even think of making something rather eat the ripen banana as it is.
Today I am making a Banana Muffin that is so yummy and can be made in no time. This is great for tea/Coffee time snacks.
