INGREDIENTS:
Whole wheat bread: 4
Large egg: 4
Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder: 1/4 tsp
Whole milk: 2 tbsp
Sugar:1/2 tsp
Unsalted butter: 2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat butter in a medium skillet on low heat. Temperature is the key part that makes the bread tastier and evenly cook. The skillet should not overheat which can burn your bread too quickly.
- Mix all the ingredients except the bread in a medium bowl till fluffy.
- Dip the bread into the mixture and toast both sides till golden brown. Serve toast with your choice of fruits. Enjoy!
