Homemade French Toast

Starting your day with a healthy breakfast with a beautiful aroma of cinnamon and vanilla can make your day. Yes, I am talking about french toast, one of my favorite breakfast idea in the morning.

INGREDIENTS:

Whole wheat bread: 4

Large egg: 4

Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp

Cinnamon powder: 1/4 tsp

Whole milk: 2 tbsp

Sugar:1/2 tsp

Unsalted butter: 2 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat butter in a medium skillet on low heat. Temperature is the key part that makes the bread tastier and evenly cook. The skillet should not overheat which can burn your bread too quickly. 
  2. Mix all the ingredients except the bread in a medium bowl till fluffy. 
  3. Dip the bread into the mixture and toast both sides till golden brown. Serve toast with your choice of fruits. Enjoy!
