Mango Salsa

Chips and Salsa are my all-time favorite snacks, starter whatever you say. The tanginess of vinegar and the fresh aroma of mango is quite tempting Love the sweet and hot salsa is just one would like to have. This is one of the popular dishes in Mexican cuisine and is served with wraps, guacamole, corn chips, etc.

INGREDIENTS:

Ripe mangoes: 2

Red bellpepper: 1

Jalapeno: 1

Onion: 1

Lemon juice: 2 tsp

olive oil: 2 tbsp

Salt: 1/2 tsp

Tomato: 2

Cilantro: 2 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Chop all the vegetables along with mango and mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. let it sit for 5 minutes and keep in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy!
