Ripe mangoes: 2
Red bellpepper: 1
Jalapeno: 1
Onion: 1
Lemon juice: 2 tsp
olive oil: 2 tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Tomato: 2
Cilantro: 2 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Chop all the vegetables along with mango and mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. let it sit for 5 minutes and keep in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy!
