
Hariyali kebab also known as green chilly kebab is one of the delicious Indian dish which is soft, juicy and aromatic. The mixture of herbs like mint and coriander makes the recipe simply awesome.These appetizers are great for any party with any meal.

Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken breast cut in cubes: 1lb
Fresh mint leaves:1 cup
Fresh coriander leaves:1 cup
Lime juice: 2 tsp
Garam masala: 2 tsp
Yogurt:1/2 cup
Green chilly: 4
Green bell pepper cubed:1 cup
Ginger/garlic paste: 2 tbsp
Olive oil:2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Make a thick paste of fresh mint, green chilly, lime juice and coriander leaves using a food processor. Lime juice helps to keep the herbs green for a longer period of time.
2. Combine chicken cubes, mint paste, salt, garam masala, ginger/garlic paste, olive oil and yogurt in a medium bowl. Place the mixture in a refrigerator to marinate for about 1-2 hours. The longer you marinate, the more soft and juicy will be the kebab.
3.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Set it to broil. Soak the bamboo skewer in water for about 30 minutes prior to baking, so the skewer won’t get burned. Insert the chicken cubes into the skewer and place it on a greased baking sheet.Brush olive oil on top of the skewers. Bake for about 15-20 minutes till lightly brown.
4.Once the chickens are golden brown, remove it from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Place the skewer on a serving plate and enjoy!
