Oats with Blueberry and Banana

Oats is one of my favorite ingredient which is healthy and can be used in any recipes you make whether it is a pancake, cake or cereal. This recipe is a super easy and healthy way to start your morning.

Ingredients:
Bobs Red mill steel cut Oats:1/2 cup
Fresh Blueberries: 1/2 cup
Fresh Ripe Banana: 2
Skim Milk: 1/2 cup

Instructions:

  1. Wash the Oats properly. In a saucepan boil 2 cups of water, add Oats, reduce sim to lower and cook for 10 to 15 minutes covered till the Oats are fully cooked. Let it cool.
  2. Transfer the Oats to a bowl. Serve with milk, blueberries, banana and enjoy!
