Oats is one of my favorite ingredient which is healthy and can be used in any recipes you make whether it is a pancake, cake or cereal. This recipe is a super easy and healthy way to start your morning.

Ingredients:
Bobs Red mill steel cut Oats:1/2 cup
Fresh Blueberries: 1/2 cup
Fresh Ripe Banana: 2
Skim Milk: 1/2 cup
Instructions:
- Wash the Oats properly. In a saucepan boil 2 cups of water, add Oats, reduce sim to lower and cook for 10 to 15 minutes covered till the Oats are fully cooked. Let it cool.
- Transfer the Oats to a bowl. Serve with milk, blueberries, banana and enjoy!
