Oatmeal raisin cookies
Cookies are everybody’s all-time favorite. they are a great idea for snacks. I made these delicious oatmeal raisin cookies in no time. They are so fresh, tasty, chewy and a lot better than the store-bought cookies.

INGREDIENTS:
All-purpose flour:1 cup
Rolled Oats:1 and 1/2 cup
Baking soda/baking powder: 1/2 tsp each
Unsalted butter:1/2 cup
Salt:1/4 tsp
Black Raisin:1 cup
Brown sugar:1/2 cup
Vanilla essence:1 tsp
Large Egg:1
Cinnamon powder:1/2 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a medium bowl mix butter and brown sugar for about 5 minutes. Add vanilla essence and egg to the mixture and mix for 5 minutes.
- Shift all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda together and add the dry mixture to wet mixture and mix for about 5 minutes. Add rolled oats and raisins. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375 Degree F. Grease the cookie sheet or place parchment paper on to it. divide the dough into 20 equal parts and press in the middle with the help of your palm to form a shape of Cookie.
- Cook the cookies for about 15 to 20 minutes till the cookies are golden yellow. Enjoy your homemade fresh cookies!
