
Who doesn’t like a fresh homemade bread right from the oven? It tastes so good with the sesame on the top giving a beautiful aroma and perfect for any snack, starter as you wish to have.

INGREDIENTS:
All-purpose flour: 11/2 cup
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Dry yeast: 1 1/2 tsp
Unsalted butter: 1/4 cup
Lukewarm milk: 1/2 cup 1 tbsp
Granulated sugar: 1 tsp
Sesame seed(white/black): 1 tbsp each
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix dry yeast, sugar and lukewarm milk in a medium bowl and let the yeast rise for 5 minutes till the bubble comes out fully.
- Combine all-purpose flour, salt, melted butter to the yeast mixture, and knead for 5 minutes with the help of an electric mixer. if the dough if too moist, add some all-purpose flour and adjust accordingly so that it won’t stick to your hands while kneading. Transfer the mixture to a medium greased bowl, cover it and let it sit for 1 hour till the dough is double in size.
- Grease an 8/4 inch square pan and make 8 round balls of dough and place them in the pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top of the dough and bake for about 10-20 minutes till golden brown. Let it cool. Enjoy!
