
Who doesn’t like spaghetti with meatballs cooked in a garlicky tomato gravy?
This Italian-American dish is very popular and it is one of the easy to make meals idea’s. I like to have a generous amount of garlic and herbs which adds extra flavor to the recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
For the Meatball
Chicken minced: 1Lb
Chopped Ginger-garlic: 1 tsp
Ground black pepper:1/4 tsp
Fresh parsley leaves: 1 tsp
Salt:1/2 tsp
Olive oil:2 tsp
Large egg:2
Breadcrumb: 1 cup
All-purpose flour:1 tbsp
For the Gravy:
Tomato paste(Canned):4 tbsp
Chopped tomato: 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley leaves finely chopped: 1 tsp
Chopped garlic:11 tsp
Olive oil: 2 tsp
Water:1/2 cup
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add spaghetti to boiled water in a medium saucepan. Add a pinch of salt and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes.
Drain the excess water and keep it aside - Place all the ingredients for meatball in a medium bowl, mix it well and put it in a refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and make small balls around 16.
Place all the meatballs on a greased baking sheet and bake until the meatballs golden brown. - Heat two tsp of olive oil in a saucepan. Add chopped garlic to the pan and fry till golden yellow. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan along with the meatball. Cook for till the gravy becomes thick.
- Transfer the spaghetti and meatballs to a serving plate and enjoy!
