
This is my go-to snacks, meal whatever you can say when I am in a hurry and they are done in minutes. Yes, you are right in minutes. My family loves this and it is my favorite quick meal.

INGREDIENTS:
Flour Tortilla(12 inches): 2
Green/Red bell pepper(Chopped): 2 each
Canned olives(Chopped): 1 cup
Grated Mozzarella: 2 cup
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Cayenne powder:1/2 tsp
Salt:1/2 tsp
Large Onion(Chopped): 1
Tomato sauce:1/2 cup
Olive oil: 2 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add olive oil in a medium saucepan. Add cumin seeds, onion, bell peppers, olives and saute for about 5 minutes.
- Heat skillet on medium heat, place a tortilla and spread tomato sauce, grated mozzarella, and the vegetables on half of the tortillas. Finally, add mozzarella on top of vegetables and fold the other half and cook for about 2 minutes on both sides till golden brown. Transfer it to a serving place. Enjoy!
